Order Processing Time
We produce on demand, with a processing time of approximately 2-5 business days. Orders will be shipped after processing is completed.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Shipping times vary by destination, as detailed below:

Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all regions within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link to monitor the delivery status.

Production Location
We have two factories, one in the United States and one in Asia. Most products are manufactured in the USA. However, if our US factory is operating at full capacity, some orders may be processed at our Asian factory. Product quality remains consistent across both locations.

Please Note: If you order multiple product styles, they may be shipped in separate packages.

All our items are handmade. The final product may vary slightly from product photos (e.g., pattern alignment at seams), which is normal and should be expected.
